This is a shared three course dinner with a welcome cocktail

Welcome Cocktail:

OLEÁ

Olive leaf gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon, pear

First:

Sourdough baguette with green olive butter

Polenta fritti with whipped ricotta, pepornata

Proscuitto, pear, parmigiano, hazelnut, basil dressing

Second:

Braised beef checks, paris mash

Roasted lemon green beans, almond pangrattato

Green salad, local leaves, cucumber, radish, herb vinaigrette

Third:

Limoncello cake, mascarpone, quince, pistachio brittle
