About the event
The bar will open at 6pm for pre-dinner drinks, first course served from 7pm.
This is a shared three course dinner, with a welcome cocktail.
100% of ticket sales donated to the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund.
Welcome Cocktail:
Pink Phink.
Australian gin, elderflower liqueur, lime, watermelon.
First:
Warm focaccia with good butter.
Antipasti.
Marinated olives
Prosciutto and melon
Whipped ricotta, almonds, crushed green olives, agrodolce.
Second:
Short Rib Ragu with pipe rigate, basil, pecorino.
Panzanella Salad, tomatoes, cucumber, basil, dried olive, sourdough, vinaigrette.
Third:
Vanilla Panna Cotta, raspberry, roasted peach, pistachio praline.
Additional cocktails, beers and wine will be available on the night.
