About the event
Pre-dinner drinks from 6pm, dinner served from 7pm
Welcome cocktail:
Pinecello.
3 yr light rum, small batch limoncello, lemon, coconut syrup, pineapple.
First:
Warm focaccia with good butter.
Marinated olives.
Buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto san daniele, roasted quince, basil, pistachio.
Second:
Roasted lamb shoulder, green romesco, cypriot grain salad.
Herb potatoes with whipped fetta.
Autume slaw, sugarloaf cabbagem herbs, apple, almonds, fennel, parmesan + honey dressing.
Third:
Soft chocolate, coffee caramel, coconut crumbs.
