About the event
Pre-dinner drinks from 6pm, dinner served from 7pm
This is a shared three course dinner with a welcome cocktail
Welcome Cocktail:
Australian vodka, Beechworth yuzucello, lemon, pineapple, drunk cherry
First:
Warm focaccia with good butter
Olives Ascolana. Green olives filled with Italian sausage, parmesan crumb, aioli
Prosciutto e melon
Fried Polenta, caponata and whipped ricotta
Second:
Amatriciana rigatoni, crisp guanciale, basil, stracciatella
Lemon green beans, almond pangrattato
Panzanella. Tomatoes, cucumber, basil, sour dough croutons, red onion
Third:
Hazelnut Tiramisu
