About the event
Bar opens at 5pm, Dinner served from 6pm.
This is a shared three course dinner.
Welcome cocktail:
Hugo Spritz.
Elderflower liqueur, mint, nomads garden prosecco, soda.
First:
Focaccia with caramelised onion butter, marinated olives.
Buffalo mozzarella, stone fruit, proscuitto, hazelnut, pickled fennel, agrodolce.
Second:
Short rib lasagne with basil pesto béchamel, pecorino.
Caesar Salad. cos, bacon, garlic croutons, parmesan.
Third:
Tiramisu
Additional cocktails, beers and wine will be availbal on the night.
