About the event
Bar opens at 5pm, Dinner served from 6pm.
This is a shared three course dinner.
Welcome cocktail:
Lover Girl.
Nomad navy dry gin, lychee liqueur, raspberry, lemon, egg white, meringue.
First:
Olive Oil Focaccia, whipped ricotta, roast quince, green olive, agrodolce.
Fried Calamari, herb salad, lime and green chilli aioli.
Second:
Short Rib Ragu with pipe rigate, buffalo mozzarella, pangrattato.
Greek Salad, lemon dressing.
Third:
Milk Chocolate Mousse, honeycomb, creme fraiche.
Additional cocktails, beers and wine will be availbal on the night.
