This is a shared three course dinner with a welcome cocktail

First:
Warm Focaccia with;
Marinated olives, san daniele prosciutto
Whipped ricotta with grilled peaches
Calamari Fritti, peperonata aioli, rocket, lemon
Second:
Amatriciana Rigatoni with crispy guanciale and pecorino
Roasted green beans, hazelnut pangrattato
Caprese salad of heirloom tomatoes, basil, buffalo mozzarella, balsamic vinaigrette
Third:
Chocolate Budino
Roasted cherries, jersey cream
