The bar will open at 6pm for pre-dinner drinks, the dinner will start at 7pm.

All food is served shared between you and your guest/guests.

Welcome Cocktail:

Sunflower.

Japanese blossom gin, the daisy age amaro, lime, passionfruit, pineapple, yuzu bitters.

First:

Crispy honey sesame chicken, sticky sesame honey, herbs.

Vegetable spring roll, satay sauce, iceberg.

Prawn and scallop toast, avocado ginger dressing, herbs, pickled onion.

Second:

Coconut braised beef with potatoes, toasted peanuts, coconut, crispy shallots.

Roti Bread.

Steamed Rice.

Cucumber Pickle.

Third:

Deep fried ice cream with miso caramel.
