The bar will open at 6pm for pre-dinner drinks, the dinner will start at 7pm.

All food is served shared between you and your guest/guests.

Welcome Cocktail:

Fresh yuzu gin, lychee liqueur, sakura, lemon, pineapple, thai mint.

First:

Scallop and Prawn Toast, herb salad, ginger avocado dressing.

Peking Duck Spring Roll, iceberg, hoisin.

Roti with Satay Butter.

Second:

Coconut Braised Beef, peanuts, crispy shallots, toasted coconut.

Sesame Chicken, sticky sesame sauce.

Steamed Rice.

Cucumber Pickle.

Third:

Passionfruit Panna Cotta, mango, candied coconut
