About the event
This is a shared three course dinner with a matched mini martini served with the third course.
First:
Focaccia with good butter.
Marinated olives.
Basil and Mozzarella Arancini, smoked tomato aioli, parmesan.
Second:
Baked Vodka Rigatoni with burrata and pangrattato.
Green Salad, local leaves, herbs, vinaigrette.
Third:
Dark Chocolate Mousse, espresso caramel, jersey cream.
Mini Espresso Martini, Australia vodka, coffee liqueur, drunk honey, espresso.
Additional cocktails, beers and wine will be available on the night.
