About the event
Pre-dinner drinks from 6pm, dinner served from 7pm
This is a shared three course dinner with a welcome cocktail
Welcome Cocktail:
Pearfect.
Pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon, pear nectar.
First:
Warm Focaccia with good butter.
Meatballs Al Forno in tomato sugo, parmesan, basil pesto.
Fried Polenta with almond romesco.
Second:
Amatriciana Rigatoni with crispy guanciale, basil oil, whipped ricotta.
Roasted lemon broccolini, pecorino.
Panzanella, tomatoes, cucumber, basil, sour dough croutons, red onion
Third:
Pistachio Tiramisu
