About the event
Pre-dinner drinks from 6pm, dinner served from 7pm.
This is a shared three course dinner with a welcome cocktail.
Welcome Cocktail:
Lovergirl.
Australian gin, lychee, rasberry, lemon.
First:
Focaccia with good butter.
Stracciatella, grilled stonefruit, mint, pickled fennel, honey.
Proscuitto e Melon.
Marinated Olives.
Second:
Roasted Lamb Shoulder with chimichurri and grain salad.
Herbed potatoes, whipped fetta.
Fattoush Salad, tomatoes, cucumber, crisp pita, cos, red onion, mint.
Third:
Strawberries + Cream.
White chocolate cremeaux, strawberries, coconut crunch, jersey cream.
