This is a shared three course dinner with a welcome cocktail

Welcome Cocktail:

Gin Blossom

Australian gin, lychee liqueur, lemon, rose, pear

First:

Warm focaccia with green olive butter

Stracciatella with marinated zucchini, hazelnut, mint, chilli

Calamari fritti, basil and lemon aioli, herb salad

Second:

Short rib lasagne, herbed béchamel, pecorino, basil oil

Rosemary sea salt potatoes

Green salad, local leaves, cucumber, herbs, house vinaigrette

Third:

Chocolate mousse, sesame praline, red wine pear, olive oil
