About the event
Bar opens at 5pm, Dinner served from 6pm.
This is a shared three course dinner with a matched martini with sweets.
First:
Warm garlic butter focaccia.
Antipasti of marinated olives, salumi, grilled vege, whipped ricotta.
Second:
Short Rib Lasagne with herbed béchamel, parmesan.
Green Salad. Local leaves, herbs, vinaigrette.
Third:
Pistachio Tiramisu
Mini Espresso Martini. Australian vodka, coffee liqueur, drunk honey, espresso, honeycomb dust.
Additional cocktails, beers and wine will be availbal on the night.
