About the event
Pre-dinner drinks from 6pm, dinner served from 7pm
Welcome cocktail:
Pineapple Express.
Vanilla vodka, lemon, passionfruit, charred pineapple.
First:
Warm focaccia with good butter.
Marinated olives.
Pumpkin, basil and mozzarella arancini, smoked tomato aioli, parmesan.
Second:
Baked vodka rigatoni, burrata, basil.
Orrechiette mushroom, parmesan cream, brown butter mushrooms, pangrattato, pecorino.
Green salad, local leaves, herbs, cucumber, vinaigrette.
Third:
Chocolate brownie, bruleed banana, espresso caramel, crema fraiche
