The bar will open at 6pm for pre-dinner drinks, the dinner will start at 7pm.

All food is served shared between you and your guest/guests.

Welcome Cocktail:

Yuki Daze

Yuzu vodka, yuzucello, lemon, coconut syrup, pineapple.

First:

Shredded peking duck pancakes | cucumber, spring onion, hoisin.

Crispy honey sesame chicken | sticky sesame honey, herbs.

Prawn and scallop toast | avocado ginger dressing, herbs, pickled onion.

Second:

Satay braised beef with toasted peanuts, coconut, crispy shallots.

Roti Bread.

Steamed Rice.

Cucumber Pickle.

Third:

Deep fried ice cream with miso caramel.
