The bar will open at 5pm for pre-dinner drinks, the dinner will start at 6pm.

All food is served shared between you and your guest/guests.

Welcome Cocktail:

Fresh yuzu gin, lychee liqueur, sakura, lemon, pineapple, mint.

First:

Crispy Pork, sticky sesame honey, herbs, chilli.

Peking Duck Spring Roll, iceberg, hoisin.

Prawn and Scallop Toast, avocado ginger dressing, herbs, pickled onion.

Second:

Coconut Braised Beef with potatoes, toasted peanuts, coconut, crispy shallots.

Roti Bread.

Steamed Rice.

Cucumber Pickle.

Third:

Passionfruit Panna Cotta, lychees, candied coconut.
